Creating an account is a great way to keep track of your orders with Nature Hills.  If you have created an account, you must be logged in at the time the online order is placed.  If you are not logged in, then your order is considered a "guest" checkout.  The order is still valid, it just isn't tied to your online account.  The same goes for orders placed over the phone, they will not be tied back to your online account.

However, you can still follow the progress of your order.  Every time an order is placed, a confirmation is generated and sent right to your email account.  This will list the details of the order, like an online invoice.  This will also list the estimated shipping time for your order.  You will also receive an email with the tracking information as soon as any item on your order is shipped out to you - giving you plenty of time to prepare for safe delivery.
